REFUND POLICY

We want you to be fully satisfied with our services at MARSHALL'S SANITATION. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. Please read our Refund Policy to understand how we handle service cancellations and refunds.

  1. Eligibility for Refund:

    • Refunds are offered if our services do not meet the quality standards as described in the service agreement or if the service was not performed as requested.

    • Refunds will not be issued if the service was canceled after it has been completed.

  2. Refund Process:

    • To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the service. Provide details of the issue and any relevant documentation.

    • We will review your request and, if applicable, process a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  3. Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
